The HR director caught in the arms of the chief executive of her company on a Coldplay "kiss cam" has resigned.
Kristin Cabot stepped down from her position at software company, Astronomer, after footage of her cuddling chief executive Andy Byron went viral on social media.
"Kristin Cabot is no longer with Astronomer - she's resigned," a source told TMZ.
Byron, who is reportedly married, resigned from his position on Saturday, shortly after an investigation was announced by directors at the company.
Footage of the pair was shown on the arena "kiss cam" before Cabot quickly covered her face and moved out of the shot.
Byron was then seeing ducking.
The crowd was heard laughing as Coldplay singer Chris Martin said: "Oh, look at these two ... either they're having an affair or they're very shy."
The moment has been recreated across social media with sports mascots and fans mimicking the pair.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Byron was chief executive of Astronomer for two years.
In a statement, Astronomer announced its board of directors launched an investigation.
"Astronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding," the statement said.
"Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability."

The statement declared a formal investigation and that details would be shared "very shortly".
Byron's supposed wife had changed her last name on Facebook.
Cabot joined the company in 2024 as chief people officer with Byron describing her as a "proven leader" with a "passion for fostering diverse, collaborative workplaces".
It is understood she was married until a divorce in 2022.
Since Byron has stepped down, Pete Dejoy has replaced him as the chief executive.
The startup, Astronomer, raised £69.3million from investors only months before the incident.
It is reported to be worth about £1billion.
Dejoy described the company's attention as "unusual and surreal" for staff members at the startup, which operates in the data and artificial intelligence sector.
In a LinkedIn post on Monday, DeJoy recognised that the company had experienced unprecedented publicity levels rarely seen by technology startups.
He noted that whilst the circumstances leading to this attention were not ideal, the firm had become widely recognised as a result.
DeJoy expressed his dedication to supporting employees and fulfilling commitments to clients.
